level garden area

I need a section of my back garden leveled until it is the same height as the lawn. It is currently about 10 cm higher. I also want a narrow section at the back of the house linked to this garden area levelled ready for grass planting. This area should be able to take excess soil from the garden area to level it out. Garden area approx 8m by 5m and section along back of house 1.5 by 13m.
