Narrow Excavation around house, Retaining wall, drainage and concrete

We have a 2 story house, the bottom story is 1/2 in the ground, in heavy rain our house leaks, water pours in through the bricks, we want to dig out the problem area and install drainage and not fill in the earth removed but rather add a retaining wall to permanently keep the earth away from the house wall. We are after all or part of the following, the sooner the better. ** #1 Dig out side of house ** Will need narrow digger, gate entrance is 1m wide but can be made wider by removing fence. Would like the earth and concrete from path removal included please. The section is on a slope meaning the further you go around the house the more needs to be excavated, up to a max depth of about 1.3m. The length to be excavated is 3.2m on the lowest side (about 0.5m max depth) The longest side is about 7.5m. ** #2 Retaining wall with Lots of Drainage ** This can be optional if your company does not do retaining walls Looking at doing a stepped section to keep the max height of the wall under the max regulation height. ** #3 Concrete base OR Gravel covering ** After earth is removed and drainage is installed, would look at concreting or gravel fill over the ground, open to suggestions. ** #4 Concrete stairs (optional) ** Nice to have but can be left out Other points to note: Our section has a steep drive, there is room to turn at the bottom of driveway for small trucks.
