Backgarden ground needs breaking up with power hoe

We have a approximately 390m2 fenced back garden which we need to go over with a rotary hoe before we can reseed with grass seed. We've been told we need someone to first go over with some kind of power hoe attachment to break up the ground. I envision this being a 1-2 hr job and would like local tradies (Pahiatua) to give me their best fixed hourly rate. Ideally, the right person can get this job done within the next couple of weeks, on either a Weds, Thurs, Sat or Sun. The gate pictured is large enough for a station wagon/medium sized digger to get through. We have more work that will be required to be done, so looking for best prices/quality workmanship as we may potentially get you back in to do further work for us.
