Earthworks; post hole digging, soak pits, drain digging

We need an earthworks contractor that has the equipment to dig post holes (about 30), to dig 2 soak pits, to dig drains from boundary to site (about 10 meters) for water, sewage and electric, and to dig and form a road crossing through the curb. We need the work to start soon, hopefully in March if possible. Can pay cash if preferred.
