Workmanship - there's a bit of weed that was not scraped on the sides of the boundary fence, but Dan was upfront about it during our on site meeting which is totally OK with me. Cost - Reasonable Schedule - Dan promised 2 days, it was done in 2 days Communications - reason why I picked up Dan to do the job. Every question I have were promptly answered.
