Excavation and retaining walls

Hi, I have received a building consent to move retaining wall further to the back of my property. It will require an excavation of soil currently on site and re distribution of it on site. This job will require small digger and bobcat and I would like to hire someone who owns bobcat and digger as hiring equipment makes job way more expensive. as part of project retaining wall will be required as well.
