Move a shed on skis forward 6 metres

Need to pull shed forward about 6 metres. The Shed is on skis, needs to dragged or lifted to the red line on the picture. Shed is 5.5m long and 3.7m wide. The shed is located just off the concrete driveway on the grass, the grass area is flat. Access is OK but the smaller the truck or Hiab the better. I can dig out around the front so that the skis have no grass in the way and can slide.
