Land leveling

I’m looking for quotes to level and prepare a small area of my paddock for a tiny home.

The site is located at Inland Road, Helensville. The ground is steeper than it appears in the photos, and I’m open to the most practical and cost-effective solution. Whether that’s a cut and fill, imported clean fill, or another approach, I’m happy to take your advice.

The completed building platform will need to be properly levelled and compacted so it is stable and ready for the foundation installation.

The work may include:

* Cut and fill, if suitable.
* Supplying and placing clean fill if required.
* Levelling the site to create a suitable building platform.
* Compacting the ground/fill in layers to provide a stable base for the foundations.

I have site photos and a contour plan, I’d appreciate your recommendation on the best approach, along with a quote or even a rough ballpark estimate.
