Large Site Scrape and Foundation Hardfill

Blueview Developments are seeking to engage a contractor to carry out excavation and hardfill work at our project Coronet Grove in Arthur's Point. The 1800 square metre site is virtually flat, with only a gentle slope from front to back. The work required: - Full site scrape approx 1800 square metres. - Excavate some tree trunks where required. - Backfill scraped areas with compacted hardfill. - Prepare and base up three foundations, each one is 95 square metres. We are looking to have the above work carried out in mid-late September, but could be done sooner if desired.
