Install a new farm track up our hill

We need a track installed at a reasonable gradient up our hill, and the existing track cleaned up , based on previous diggers who have worked on the site I estimate this is about 2 -3 days work for a 12Tonne digger. I am very happy with an hourly rate and transport charges to award the job noting the work might be faster or slower depending on what we find in the track and the size of the machine. An experienced operator is essential as the hill is large and steep and we want to be sure the operator is safe. There is a bridge on the property so maximum 12T digger and minimum 5T.
