Remove the soil in the driveway to level it out

Trying to level out the driveway, keen for someone to come through and clear it out with a digger. Ideal if you can take the soil away with you as well. There's approx half to a whole foot of mulch on top of the dirt currently I was planning on using elsewhere. Keen for a quote to remove the soil so it's level. Water pipe has been found and its near the hedge on the left.
