Pool excavation & 33m of Retaining wall approx 0.5m high

We are looking for someone who can excavate a pool and build a retaining wall at the same time. We are building a pool in the back garden and instead of getting the fill removed we would like to raise the back garden. The pool is going to be 7m x 4m and the back garden is approx 21m x 12m. We are going to have a concrete pool put in place. We would like to remove the block wall, dig into the hill and reset the wall about 2m back to maximise the use of space. We have received quotes for the pool itself however if someone can do the whole job then this would be great. We have a storm water pipe running across the bottom of our garden.
