Excavation along a wall between tree stump and concrete wall

We need to dig along a wall where tree roots might be impacting on a concrete building. Needs a small machine or manual dig. We need to expose the wall and roots to see if they are damafging the wall. It could be up to 1-1.5m deep and probably extend 3m. Could you provide a quote for this work please.
