Remove dirt to Flatten small back garden.

Remove dirt to flatten small garden area- so that it is useable - small digger would be needed to access back garden. Potential to also look at retaining posts put in ( approx 50-60 cm high to be retained) . Some dirt to reused most to be taken away. Could also be a few other jobs if possible and budget allows. Thanks.
