Soil Removal Taradale, Napier

We have 6 garden beds that need the old weed mat, river stones and top 20cm of soil removed as soon as possible, as it contains a build-up of weed seeds. We need new soil ready for re-planting early November, which means we don't have time to weed-spray every 4 weeks to get rid of the build-up of seeds in the soil. We need it and the edgings (which are stones or wood) removed. There are some trees that need to be worked around (not including the spiky, tropical looking plants pool side, they're weeds).
