Bobcat to flatten backyard

We have piles of dirt in our backyard and need a bobcat and driver to have this moved to the front of our section as well as remove the top layer of clay in the backyard and put on topsoil. We would like this done as soon as possible. Photo attached has a bit more section to the left of photowhoch also needs to be flattened. There is access to the backyard via a right of way down the left side of this photo.
