Excavating and build under the existing house

Hi There We live in a house that is slightly elevated. The ground under the house is not a flat surface and tapers towards the rear of the house. We are looking at excavating the ground under the house and build a living, bedroom etc... Please let us know if you're able to take on this project. Thanks Amirtha
