Decking prep and section clean up

i have a rear section that i need to dig down 150mm over an area measuring 5m by 7m so that i can build a deck. Also at the front of the section i have an area with an old car park pad and some tree stumps i would like dug out and removed and the hole filled with the top soil and grass from the rear section. We have a concrete drive way so would require a small digger so that no damage is caused. It would be easier to show you the work if you are interested.
