Hi, We need someone to prep this site at 3 Te Wiremu Lane, Otaki. It's minimal work as far as excavation goes. Spoil to be removed from site and whole site to be given a once over to flatten it off, ready for topsoil to be spread. Please also include trenching for plumbing and electrical in the price.
