Driveway Culvert

We have a section in the kaipara and we need to sort out the access on to the section which is just a mud driveway. We need a contractor to dig out a section for a concrete pipe to be placed to let water through underneath and then gravel/compacted over so we can drive over nice and level from the road on to the land. I am thinking the area would be approx 3m wide x 4m long.. if it isn't a lot more to concrete then maybe we do that too. I have attached a couple of pics of the desired outcome I found on google. Looking for a rough idea of cost and for someone who can do in the area. Our section is approx. 15 minutes from Paparoa. We also would like to fill up the culvert with some rocks too to avoid long term erosion.
