As a requirement for Pile Foundation work, need to clear 200mm of topsoil/ then compacted. Compact 100mm layer basecourse on top prior to drilling. Approx 50m2 (5m x 10m foot print). Currently awaiting building consent signoff (expect in 2-3 weeks) then able to proceed with excavation.
