Install post to mount letterbox

I have a new letterbox to install, but it's a bit big to just pop onto our picket fence rail, so need a post put in just behind the fence. I need a post hole dug, and the post put in and cemented, with the top level to the top of the fence rail so that the letterbox can be supported by both. Depending on the additional cost, if you could install the letterbox too, that would be great. Otherwise I'll do that bit myself.
