Excavation and removal of soil/stones

Hi, have 3x2m of dirt that needs excavating down to 100mm to prepare for concrete pouring (Approx 50-70mm from current level to be removed). Used to have stones on top. I have scraped these, off, but still a bit in the dirt. Also, 3 post holes to be dug to 0.9-1m - min. 250x250mm wide - or width required to remove to depth. Job to be completed by 15 November. Easy access for anything up to the size of a large removal truck to 5-10m from the job site.
