I require 4 new concreted-in round retaining wall posts to replace three existing leaning ones which are to be removed as part of the job. The ground slopes steeply so the postholes will need to be dug quite deep to prevent them leaning. The earth is being retained by corrugated iron sheeting approx 600mm high. No access for a Dingo machine - post holes will need to be hand-dug or formed with a hand-held auger. Once the new posts have been installed and allowed to set, the existing retaining wall posts are to be cut at ground level. The old concrete foundations can be left in place. The three redundant posts are to be handed over to the home owner.
