Communication and schedule was good. Team was able to react to changes, but not happy with the finish of the concrete, damage to the house, garage cladding. Instead of a smooth finish ended up with a rough brush finish that was inconsistent. Chairs was not used for the mesh but manually lifted during pouring. Only 1 experienced concrete layer on the day and the rest were labourers.
