Earthworths - excavate and prepare house site pad

Create (blue area marked on photo) driveway access (approx 13m length x double driveway width)and dig out site (battered on high slope) (red area on photo) to relocate a house and garage approx 20 x 15 m flat area incl area for water tank behind garage, on contoured slope, pushing removed earth to lower ground toward Hunua Road and flatten. Work timeframe 8 March start. All subject to council approval but that’s the plan. Don’t know who or if you dig for septic tank?
