scrub clearing and removal

My 809sqm overgrown section of mainly gorse an young tea tree in 98 Doubtless Bay Drive needs to be cleared and leveled for a future building site. at this stage there is no rush as I'm not looking to start a building till maybe June , July and as the site is sand and Pan it can be done as an off season job. Further work could be required during the building construction as required by the building contractors i.e drainage, plumbing, sewerage etc
