Concrete Water tank(s) (1 maybe 2) and earthworks

One maybe two tanks to be installed underground on a sloping bank. The soil then levelled and packed in against the 1 or 2 tanks depending on council requirements. There is the possibility of some small retaining wall(s) below the tank(s). A digger will need to dig away the area for the tanks to go in. This will need to be within council guidelines.
