Soil and shingle shifting #2

I had list this job a 'labour' however now realize the best option may be to get a small earth mover to complete the job. Key issue is I don't want a new concrete drive damaged by unnecessary skid steer etc. The job is to take soil, bark and single to a new garden are from the road to the site. This requires access via a hill driveway ( not super steep) . So who has small equipm(and doesn't drop hydraulic oil!)I guess a bob cat or small pivot steer unit would work.
