Clearing side of driveway

We had a trench dug a few years ago for fibreoptic internet, and the waste was all left piled along the driveway. It's now growing ivy and all sorts - and I'd like it level! There's tree branches/logs etc as well as rocks and fill, would require a small digger and tuck to take away all the rubble. Driveway is a long one, about 80m but has good access. There is a water main pipe running along the top as well that needs to be considered, it can move out of the way and ideally buried after it's level! I would like the toitoi plant dug out as well.
