Soil removal - Deck

Need to excavate some soil from my back yard for a deck extension. Excavation area is about 3.9m x 3.6m - need to excavate about 400mm. Easy soil / dirt and clay, some gap 20. Easy access to excavation site - flat driveway with drive thru garage. A small excavation machine (such as bobcat) would be ok - as long as it has wheels or rubber tracks. Please include all expenses including removal of soil in quote. Job needs to be done by 7 September
