Clearing dirt in garden

We’ve recently had some concrete and a palm removed so we can extend our lawn area and put down actual grass. The palm stump was taken to ground level but the roots need to be removed as does the fine gravel and some small bits of concrete so we can put down soil. As we still have small kids, the turf under the tramp will remain so a site of around 9m2 needs to be cleared by 100mm. FYI I have currently lost my voice so please message me - I can’t take calls at the moment!
