Electrician needed for power board upgrade

We would like in the first instance a quote for power board upgrade. It is the original 80's board and still has some fuse wire type fuses. We have done some renovation to the home and suspect that anything more to be added would create overload hence the upgrade. We have been told that there is no kill switch for the power at the house and that you will need to deal with northpower to organise this, we would also like this remedied if at all possible. Currently the power board is inside a pantry and will likely need to be relocated into the hallway to pass inspection. Once we have received the quote we can then look at the go ahead for the job.
