Ceiling fan+light install in existing lights place

Install a bunnings purchased ceiling fan with oyster light where existing bedroom ceiling light is and certify. Im keen to help to save cost speed job up if possible have couple other small jobs maybe...i.e Get my exterior shed security lights working.
