1. In studio cottage - 2 light switches just started buzzing and lights flicker. 2. In studio cottage - 1 double plug suspect too - caused temporary blackout when used till I quickly switched it off then lights came back on. 3. In main house new kitchen and dining light fittings need installing. NB property is halfeay btw Katikati and Bethlehem
