Flat site, electrical work for 4 bed new build

We require a quote for complete wiring of a 4 bedroom new build on Sargent Drive, Whakamarama, Western Bay of Plenty. The site is flat and the house to be built is 2 bath, 4 bedroom on timber piles. Some features that require wiring include: - 2 pumps, one for the water pump and one for the sewage pump. - 2 ceiling fans - garage door - heat pump - in cupboard kitchen lights Please include travel charge and an hourly rate for extra work in your response. Building consent has been granted and we are currently arranging for a plumber to install the sewage and water tanks prior to completing the concrete garage and timber pile foundations. Please find a plan of the dwelling attached.
