Switchboard upgrade

I currently have main switchboard
& distribution board combined and its located outside of the house. Looking to shift switch board to reverse side of the house (reverse side of the same spot) so it will be now located inside the house and upgraded as a result (Meter to be remained on the same location without any changes but needed to move to pvc panel). Please quote the price to shift switchboard to reverse side and make it up to current standards, etc and indicate completion date. Thank you. Location - South Karori
