Small lighting repairs

We have 3 small electrical jobs in our house 1. a down light in the kitchen has stopped working - have changed the bulb and it makes no difference 2. there a couple of downlights in our rumpus room where the retains clips have failed and one where a broken bulb needs removing 3. One of the bathroom cabinet lights in the bathroom - a fluorescent tube- doesn't always come on. Maybe a loose connection.
