New heated towel rail

Install of heated towel rail in apartment building bathroom. Work includes mounting of rail and electrical wiring into existing socket. Wall socket is already located on wall. Needs tested/confirmed live and rail wiring installed. Goldair heated rail supplied. Rail to be mounted on a stud or dwang for stability where possible. Apartment located on Taranaki St in CBD, there is paid street parking during day or free in evening. Job must be done next week 25-28th Jan
