Fix fuse tripping

We have a few bedrooms and an outdoor power point on one fuse (pictured). With nothing else turned on, the fuse trips regularly when using the power point pictured. I believe this power point is also attached to the outdoor power point that was previously used for a spa pool. We don't currently use the outdoor power point for anything. Pushing the "test" button can also trip the fuse. We'd like it fixed so the fuse stops tripping as there's no way it should be overloaded.
