Extractor Fan Install

Wanting to swap the current extractor fan from the wall (vents externally through the bathroom wall) and get a new one installed. Needing a powerful motor and we are in a bottom at so don't have cavity space. I was looking at buying the one in the link bow but if anyone has any better suited stock that would be awesome. --- Pic of the existing fan to come - it has a flap and hood on the outside that flaps in the wind and drives us crazy ams it also doesn't seem to work all that well as well.
