Lights and Outlets for Subdividing Room

I am splitting a room and putting up 2 new walls. Ending up with 2 smaller rooms and a hallway. In summary all walls except 1 will be exposed for the work. Requirements: - 4 new electrical outlets - 2 light switches - 2 downlights - 2 pendant lights Existing in room has: - 2 power outlets - 1 pendant light - 1 side light - 2 light switches Looking for week of the 21st of January. Preferably Tuesday the 21st. Thanks.
