Bathroom extractor fan and heater

I require an extractor fan and heater to be installed into my bathroom to reduce the moisture in my home. The size of the room is approximately 1.8m by 1.8m and the height of the section of wall to install the fan is approximately 28cm. The wall opens into a single garage adjoined to the house so there would need to be some ducting installed to extract the moist air to the outside. It may be possible to extract through the roof although for weather tightness I think through the wall is best. There is a power point on the inside and outside. Timing is flexible, although this is the first priority job on my list to complete this summer as the reduction in moisture would be significant.
