I have several wall outlets and a down light fitting which need repair or replacement. One wall outlet in the bathroom is loose in the wall, and the other is faulty. The downlight fitting is damaged and won't take light bulbs properly. Images attached Also seeking a quote during the visit to upgrade the switchboard in the adjacent property.
