Urgent downlight check and replacement.

A downlight has been knocked out by a bird that was nesting in the ceiling and came through the fitting into the lounge. I want the wires checked and some downlight replaced. I have a builder who is blocking the outside gap that was left when a pipe from under the eve's was removed.
