Bathroom extractor fan and heater installation

We would like to keep our bathroom warm and dry so we would like a bathroom extractor fan and heater installed. There is no ceiling space so I imagine the extractor fan will have to be wallmounted. The wall with the window is external facing as is the wall with the bathtub. There is a powerpoint on the wall with the heated towel rail. A heatlamp and lightbulb system would be ideal for heating. There is a lightswitch outside with two switches (only one is connected to the current lightbulb). I do have a wall fan heater which could be installed if more suitable.
