fuse installation for hot water cylinder

we're having a new 3kw hotwater cylinder installed on the 21st of this month. It requires a new 15 amp fuse trip switch to be installed in the fuse box. Because none of the current fuses are labelled we have no idea which one is for the hotwater cylinder. Hence the need for a sparkie. We'd like to have the work done the same day we have the plumber in if we can (ie 21 march)
