Replace element in old hot water cylinder

Hi, We have no hot water. Heard a large bang, had to replace a fuse but still no hot water. The job: We are wanting an electrician to come out, bleed our cylinder and replace our hot water cylinder element. Will be installing gas in next few months so a quick, simple fix is required. Please reply with price to do this. Like to get this sorted tomorrow if possible. Thanks.
