Wire in heated towel rails

The first part of the job is to tell us if it is safe and possible to hard-wire and install 2 small heated towel rails in our rather small bathroom? The second part will be to do the actual job. I have already bought one rail but am considering purchasing a second one upon the recommendation of a registered electrician. It would mean coming by and taking a look at the space and checking the wiring.
