Lighting and other repairs in Island Bay

I need someone to adjust about 12 light fittings (some need replacing, a few need removing and two will be new fittings entirely). Some of the switch plates will need rewiring/adjustment as a consequence. There's also one broken power point to fix, and I need advice on how best to use an existing home audio system (the wiring is done but there are no speakers etc - I don't know whether to remove it or use it). The house has been rewired previously, we are just wanting to make some changes after moving in. The house is a wooden bungalow and there is easy access to the roof space.
